We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated collision estimator to join our team. The collision estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing accurate repair estimates, and working closely with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repairs plans, maintaining consistent communication throughout the repair process, addressing communication concerns in a timely manner, and ensuring full satisfaction upon vehicle delivery.

Estimating:

Strong knowledge of collision estimating procedures, including body, frame, mechanical and paint operations. Perform through damage assessments and prepare accurate, detailed, and consistent repair estimates.

Insurance Coordination:

Work closely with insurance providers to secure repair approvals and ensure all repairs meet both insurance requirements and shop standards.

Team collaboration:

Partner with technicians and team members to coordinate repairs workflow, manage timeliness, and ensure efficient, high-quality vehicle repairs.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old valid driver's license proficiency with estimating systems such as CCC 2+years of experience as a collision estimator or in a related automotive repair strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking excellent verbal and written communication and abilities in a fast-paced environment ability to maintain and build positive relationships with customers, insurance providers and team members

Pay:

$28.00
