We are a high-quality, customer-focused collision repair facility committed to excellence in repairs, strong customer service, and maintaining excellent cycle times. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to work, takes pride in staying productive, and can help keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop. Responsibilities Write accurate and timely repair estimates using CCC1 Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage Manage production flow to help maintain strong cycle times and keep repairs on schedule Track and manage parts ordering, delivery, and availability Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians Manage repair supplements and repair updates Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and OEM standards Maintain organized documentation throughout the repair process Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as an auto body estimator required Knowledge of collision repair processes and materials Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC ONE and Mitchell Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to stay focused on productivity and cycle time performance Valid driver's license Why Join ProColor Collision?
