In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking collision repairs, providing expert assessments of vehicle damage and creating accurate repair estimates. Your energetic approach will help streamline the repair process, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize shop profitability. Responsibilities:
  • Maintains visibility and accessibility in the customer reception area.
  • Greets customers in a friendly manner. This includes recognizing another customer's presence while working with a primary customer, production leader, paperwork, etc. This activity also extends to insurance and vendor personnel.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Answer calls, greet customers, check email, check voicemails, return calls, call customers of which we have received assignments to get scheduled.
  • Signs for parts when the Parts Manager is not in office
  • Walk in (curb sheets), scheduled estimates
  • When customer schedules for repairs, collect the following: o Insurance estimate o All contact information o Request assignment (if needed) o Find out if they have received initial check o Ask if they have sent photos to the insurance for review
WHEN CUSTOMER DROPS OFF
  • Have folders ready and accessible for customer drop offs
  • Collect customer's signed authorization
  • Confirm information is correct and/or enter into Reynolds / email and phone numbers
  • Address any concerns/ expectations at car with customer and ensure that folder is notated accordingly
  • Ensure that all vehicles on the lot (no exception) have a signed authorization (verbal if allowed) before sent to prewash (Tow-in's - get sign authorizations as soon as possible)
  • Build RO in Reynolds, create jacket, and ensure everything is updated o Build Reynolds RO o Create CCC1 work file o Update CCC1 file with OUR collected contact information o Make sure CCC! Information is built in Assignment (if needed) If we should havean assignment but we don't, call insurance company to get it:
  • Mark estimate if they received initial check
  • Build RO Jacket with the following: o Printed insurance estimate o Printed Fisher estimate o Printed Reynolds RO & Copy
  • Tag keys write last two digits of RO# on the tag and print windshield tag, place in vehicle on the right side of the windshield take drop-off photos with tag in windshield
ESTIMATOR/CSR
  • Puts windshield tag on windshield
  • Takes prior damage pictures, new odometer, vin, license plate and interior photos for the file. Gives folder and keys to the production coordinator
  • M.A.P. vehicle (RED prior non related, YELLOW related damage not on estimate, GREEN damage on the estimate)
  • Write additional item in glass (Sublet, Alignment, Mechanical, Wheel, Clear Bra etc.
)

$57,570.12 - $65,000.00 per year
