Collision Repair Estimator Colorado - Multiple Locations Full-Time | Up to 6% Commission | $200,000+
Earning Potential Confidential Hiring Opportunity Experienced Estimators:
Your Performance Should Pay A growing, high-volume collision repair organization is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators at multiple locations throughout Colorado. This opportunity is designed for experienced estimators who can do more than write a repair plan. We're looking for estimators who know how to sell. You understand how to build trust with a customer, explain the repair process, overcome objections, capture the job, write a complete repair plan, and keep that repair moving from vehicle check-in through final delivery. If you're a strong producer who knows your numbers and wants an opportunity to be compensated for your performance, we'd like to speak with you. Compensation Up to 6% commission with the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually. Compensation is based on experience, production, performance, and the applicable compensation plan. What You'll Do Sell collision repair services and convert estimates into repair opportunities Build trust and relationships with customers Write complete and accurate repair plans using industry estimating software Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis Blueprint repairs and identify hidden damage Prepare and manage supplements Communicate effectively with insurance companies and adjusters Explain repair recommendations and procedures to customers Provide customers with timely repair updates Coordinate with technicians, painters, parts personnel, and production teams Monitor repairs and proactively address delays Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process Help achieve sales, production, cycle-time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.
Ideal candidates will have:
Proven collision repair estimating experience Strong sales and customer communication skills Ability to convert estimates into scheduled repairs Strong knowledge of damage analysis and blueprinting Experience writing supplements and working with insurance claims Knowledge of DRP processes and insurance procedures Understanding of OEM repair procedures Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software Ability to manage multiple repairs in a high-volume environment Strong organizational and follow-through skills Understanding of closing ratios, gross profit, cycle time, and production Progressive claims experience is a plus I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are preferred Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Our Team?
