Collision Centers is looking for an experienced, driven Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team in Grand Junction, Colorado. This is more than an estimating position. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Write accurate, thorough collision repair estimates Inspect damaged vehicles and identify necessary repairs Coordinate supplements and communicate with insurance partners Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair Work closely with technicians, parts, production, and management Monitor repair progress and help ensure vehicles are delivered on time Document files thoroughly and maintain accurate repair records Follow OEM repair procedures and industry standards Help create a seamless experience for both customers and insurance partners

The ideal candidate is: Experienced in collision repair estimating Knowledgeable in CCC or similar estimating systems Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator and problem solver Comfortable working with insurance companies and customers Able to manage multiple repair files while maintaining accuracy A team player with strong leadership qualities Driven to improve processes and help a growing company succeed Someone who takes ownership of their files from start to finish WHY T&T?
