Collision Repair Estimator Longmont, Colorado Full-Time | $65,000-$160,000+ Per Year Confidential Hiring Opportunity A well-established, high-volume collision repair facility in Longmont, Colorado is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who understands every aspect of the collision repair process—from blueprinting and supplements to insurance communication and customer service. We're looking for someone who can write accurate repair plans, keep repairs moving efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from drop-off to delivery. Our facility serves customers throughout Longmont, Loveland, Boulder, Firestone, Frederick, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Niwot, and surrounding Northern Colorado communities. With a consistent flow of insurance and customer-pay repairs, you'll enjoy year-round workload, a collaborative production team, and a shop committed to quality repairs. What You'll Do Write complete and accurate repair plans using industry estimating software Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis Identify hidden damage during teardown and prepare supplements Communicate with insurance companies throughout the repair process Keep customers informed with timely repair updates Coordinate with technicians, parts, and production staff to maintain workflow Monitor repair progress and resolve issues before they impact cycle time Maintain accurate repair documentation from estimate through delivery Help achieve production and cycle-time goals while maintaining exceptional repair quality What We're Looking For Previous collision repair estimating experience is required Strong knowledge of blueprinting, supplements, and repair planning Experience working with insurance claims and DRP procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating platforms Experience handling Progressive claims is a plus I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are preferred but not required What You'll Find Here Consistent year-round repair volume Established insurance and DRP relationships Modern repair equipment and OEM-focused repair procedures Experienced production and leadership team Organized workflow designed to support estimator success Positive, team-oriented work environment Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$160,000+ annually Compensation is based on experience, production, and overall performance.
