Kaizen Collision Center is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators for our Arvada and Northglenn locations. Up to 6% commission. $200,000+ earning potential. We're not looking for someone who just writes estimates. We want producers.

Sell the repair and capture the job Write complete, profitable repair plans Perform thorough damage analysis and blueprinting Manage supplements and negotiate with carriers Work within DRP requirements Protect gross profit Manage a high-volume workload Keep technicians, parts, paint, and production moving Drive cycle time Maintain strong closing ratios Communicate confidently with customers Own the repair from estimate through delivery You don't wait for business. WHAT YOU NEED

Collision repair estimating experience Strong sales and closing ability CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience Insurance and DRP knowledge Blueprinting and repair planning experience Understanding of OEM repair procedures Ability to manage multiple active repairs Strong production and financial awareness Progressive claims experience is a plus. I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.
