We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Estimator with experience in CCC Estimating to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate repair estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and trust in the repair process. You will also coordinate and order necessary parts, ensuring efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize CCC Estimating software to create precise repair estimates. Communicate with customers regarding repair costs and timelines. Order and track necessary parts to facilitate seamless repair processes. Work closely with technicians and insurance companies to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate documentation and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience with CCC Estimating is required . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
