Body Shop Estimator Full-Time | Confidential Employer | Dubuque, IA Area We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join a busy, well-established collision repair facility in the Dubuque area. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell estimating software
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with technicians to develop comprehensive repair plans
- Process supplements and maintain accurate repair documentation
- Monitor repair progress to help ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from estimate to delivery Qualifications
- Previous experience as a collision repair estimator required
- Proficiency with collision estimating software
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of insurance claims and DRP procedures is preferred
