Job Description

•SIGNING BONUS•We are looking to add additional members to the CDE family at our newest, state-of-the-art facility! This new facility is bright, clean, full of newest equipment, air conditioned, and focuses on certified repairs including Tesla and Rivian! C.D.E. Collision Centers is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced Auto Body / Collision Repair Planner (Estimator) to join our winning team. Our goal is to exceed our customer's goals at every level. This position will be responsible for providing estimates on various types of vehicles. We are seeking hands-on body shop experience, with a customer-forward attitude. The ideal candidate must be a sales-oriented, motivated professional capable of writing accurate estimates on a variety of vehicles in compliance with our strict safety guidelines. Must have experience working with a variety of insurance companies. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Educate them on the repair process. Examines damaged vehicles for related and unrelated accident damage. Determines feasibility of repair or replacement of parts. Prepares and explains itemized estimates to clients & insurance companies. Schedules and coordinates repairs with technicians. Regularly communicates with clients to keep them informed of progress. Reviews supplemental damage with technicians and insurance adjusters. Quality inspects the vehicle following repairs to verify that repairs have been done properly. Must have experience with CCC One.
