We are looking for someone who has body shop experience and aspires to become our future body shop manager. Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have Perform vehicle walk arounds and document any concerns Consult with insurance companies on applicable repairs Keep the customer and the insurance company informed on completion times, expenses, and possible changes Remain involved with delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Spend quality time building a relationship with customers and insurance companies We offer GREAT pay PLUS all the
