The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working independently. This role plays a key part in creating accurate repair plans, maintaining DRP relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Create complete, accurate, and thorough repair plans from start to finish Write precise repair estimates using the CCC One Estimating System Maintain and manage Direct Repair Program (DRP) relationships Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Communicate effectively with the Collision Center Manager, Technicians, and Parts personnel Research and apply OEM repair procedures to ensure safe and proper repairs Provide outstanding customer service , clearly explaining the repair process Demonstrate strong salesmanship while maintaining ethical estimating practices Manage multiple repair files and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision Ensure accurate documentation throughout the repair process Comply with all company policies and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Working knowledge and experience with CCC One Estimating Proven ability to maintain and grow DRP relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and sales skills Experience researching and applying OEM repair procedures Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Prior collision estimating experience preferred Work Environment Position may be exposed to body shop conditions , including but not limited to loud noises, material dust, and moving vehicles Must be able to work safely in a shop environment and follow all safety guidelines What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable and professional work environment Opportunities for growth within the collision center Supportive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction
