The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable collision repair professional with strong estimating skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process and is responsible for creating accurate repair estimates while ensuring repairs progress smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Guide customers through the repair process, including insurance procedures, repair timelines, and expectations. Build trust by providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates that serve as the blueprint for vehicle repairs. Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify structural, exterior, interior, and mechanical damage. Manage repairs from the initial estimate through final vehicle delivery, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, and teammates throughout the repair process. Clearly document customer concerns and repair requests. Review supplements, final invoices, and completed repairs for accuracy and quality before vehicle delivery. Assist in maintaining efficient workflow and supporting team success through strong collaboration and problem-solving. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and fellow team members. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organization with integrity. Qualifications Previous collision repair estimating experience required. Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE or similar platforms preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, and insurance claims. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
