In this vital role, you will evaluate vehicle collision damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, and communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians. Your mechanical knowledge and estimating skills will ensure a seamless process from initial assessment to vehicle repair completion. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess collision impact and mechanical issues. Utilize advanced estimating software to prepare precise repair estimates, including parts, labor, and materials. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair scope, costs, and timelines to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to understand repair procedures. Manage client communication efficiently, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions while adhering to company standards and procedures. Skills Proven experience in auto estimating and collision repair processes. Excellent customer service skills. Experience in auto service management environments preferred.
