The Role:
As an Automotive Damage Appraiser, you'll play a key role in the collision repair process, ensuring accurate estimates, seamless insurance communication, and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed, accurate repair estimates Work directly with insurance adjusters to approve repairs and supplements Identify additional damage and manage supplement processes Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper repair execution Keep customers informed throughout the repair lifecycle Maintain compliance with OEM and insurance standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator / Damage Appraiser Solid understanding of collision repair processes and OEM guidelines Proven ability to negotiate with insurers and manage supplements Strong communication and customer service skills I-CAR certification (preferred) Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
HCWOR Pay:
$75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
