Auto Body Estimator / Licensed Auto Damage Appraiser Apex Auto Center — Framingham, MA $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience Full-time | Monday-Friday | Hiring immediately Apex Auto Center is a growing, family-owned collision repair business with locations in Marlborough and Framingham. We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Licensed Auto Damage Appraiser to join our Framingham team. We're seeking someone who writes thorough repair plans, communicates clearly, and works closely with our production team to keep repairs moving. What You'll Do Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate estimates and complete repair plans using CCC ONE. Work with technicians during teardown to identify damage, required operations, and supplements. Research and document manufacturer repair procedures to support safe, proper repairs. Prepare and submit supplements with supporting photos, invoices, and documentation. Follow insurance program requirements and maintain organized, current repair files. Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and teammates throughout the repair process. Coordinate with production and parts staff to address delays and keep repairs on schedule. Help manage each assigned repair from initial appraisal through completion. What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License. At least two years of collision estimating experience. Proficiency in CCC ONE and experience with Mitchell Connect. Experience working with insurance companies and Direct Repair Programs (DRPs). Strong understanding of estimating, supplements, and repair planning. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple repair files and work as part of a team. Valid driver's license. I-CAR training and bilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required. What We Offer Annual salary of $80,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
