Auto Damage Appraiser North Shore, MA Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits An established, high-volume collision repair facility on Boston's North Shore is seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and accurate repair planning. Responsibilities Write accurate and complete collision repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell Cloud Estimating . Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process. Work directly with insurance adjusters and representatives. Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient repairs. Prepare and negotiate supplements as needed. Maintain repair quality in accordance with OEM procedures and industry standards. Qualifications Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License required. Previous experience in a collision repair facility. Proficiency with CCC ONE and Mitchell Cloud Estimating . Strong understanding of modern vehicle construction and repair procedures. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Experience writing estimates for major insurance carriers—including Progressive , GEICO , State Farm , Liberty Mutual , and similar DRP programs—is highly preferred.
