C&D Auto Body is seeking an experienced Estimator to add to our team. Professionals applying for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of previous estimating experience. We are a high-performing, high-volume facility. We are looking for team players who are dedicated to enhancing the growth of the organization. C&D Auto Body is an I-CAR Gold Class, manufacturer-certified collision center in College Park, Maryland, and we write our estimates in CCC ONE. We are a fast-paced organization that has been in business for over 50 years. Responsibilities and Duties Participate in strategic projects that will shape the future of the company Meeting with Adjusters and Maintaining Insurance/DRP Relationships Write and properly administer direct repair orders Prepare final billing for completed repair orders Prepare estimates in a timely manner Write competitive estimates Monitor work in process repairs Order parts as needed Perform additional duties as required Maintain daily customer updates Constant communication with the technicians and production Requirements 3+ years of collision estimating experience in a body shop or as an insurance appraiser CCC ONE experience Experience writing supplements and negotiating with insurance adjusters Valid driver's license Able to work on site in College Park, MD, Monday to Friday Preferred I-CAR training Insurance DRP experience

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. No weekends.
