Job Description
Growing company seeking humble team members for our Warrensburg location willing to learn and grow as leaders. Warrensburg Collision has been rebranded as Collision Leaders, now with 13+ locations. Still the same ownership and award winning business, now with more locations and opportunity. The estimator position includes a great deal of contact with the public. For this reason, the estimator should be friendly, accommodating, cheerful, well-groomed with a professional appearance and work ethic, outgoing and able to get along with people. These qualities are essential to achieving an acceptable closing ratio. What you'll do: Greet each customer in a cheerful, positive manner. Make every effort to make the customer feel comfortable and welcome during the sales and estimate process, or when visiting your shop. Educate each customer about the repair process, including insurance procedures, motorists' bill of rights, repair techniques, safety, value, etc. Assertively inform customers that you feel your shop is the best place for them to have their vehicle repaired and that you sincerely want their business. Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner, keeping in mind that the estimate later becomes the blueprint for the repairs. Accuracy and detail cannot be overstressed. Include every task on the estimate whether it is a paid function or not. Follow a vehicle from start to finish and know how to handle all aspects of a vehicle's completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies and co-workers. Listen to customer requests and complete a proper, clear explanation on the work order. Thoroughly check the customer's vehicle to determine all damage to the vehicle including structural, exterior and interior damage, overall body and mechanical issues Review all final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check the final repairs prior to delivery to the customer.
