Job Description
Fargo Freightliner is currently hiring an experienced Warranty Manager to join our service team. The Warranty Manager will oversee the warranty department and be responsible for all claims processed and authorized based on the manufacturer's criteria and works closely with the service and parts departments to provide information on all warranty matters.
Other responsibilities would include:
- Open/close repair orders as needed to process claims.
- Track claims once they are submitted until payment is received.
- Communicate with the service department regarding any issues with submitted claims.
- Monitor, organize and ship all warrantable failed parts as required.
- Reconcile incoming warranty payments against claims submitted on a monthly basis.
