$50,000 - $60,000 PER YEAR Offutt Collision Repair is looking for a Collision Repair Estimator to join our team in Bellevue, Nebraska! We're looking for someone who understands the collision repair process, takes pride in writing complete and accurate estimates , and knows how to provide great service to customers while working effectively with insurance companies and our production team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect vehicles and identify all visible and potential damage Write complete and accurate collision repair estimates Use CCC ONE estimating software Take detailed photos and document vehicle damage Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians Write and manage supplements as additional damage is discovered Work closely with the production team to ensure repairs are properly documented Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process Help ensure vehicles are repaired safely and properly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous collision estimating experience preferred Knowledge of collision repair procedures and terminology CCC ONE experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple repairs Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
