Job Description

Collision Repair Estimator Omaha, Nebraska Full-Time | Confidential Opportunity In a collision shop, the estimate is where everything starts. A missed operation becomes a supplement. A missed part becomes a delay. Poor communication becomes an unhappy customer. We're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who understands that accurate repair planning drives everything that happens afterward. This is an opportunity to join a busy Omaha-area collision repair facility with consistent work volume, strong production support, and a team focused on doing repairs the right way. Why Omaha? Between daily commuter traffic, severe weather, winter driving conditions, and a rapidly expanding metro area, quality repair facilities stay busy throughout the year.

Omaha Council Bluffs Bellevue Papillion La Vista Gretna Elkhorn Ralston Millard Surrounding Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa communities This creates a steady pipeline of repair opportunities and a fast-paced environment where skilled estimators can thrive. What You'll Do Inspect damaged vehicles and develop complete repair plans Write detailed estimates and supplements Communicate directly with insurance companies and adjusters Maintain accurate repair documentation Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel Update customers throughout the repair process Assist with scheduling and repair planning Support production goals by identifying damage early and minimizing delays What We're Looking For Previous collision estimating experience required Knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction Understanding of insurance claims and supplement processes Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously Detail-oriented approach to repair planning Mitchell experience preferred DRP experience is beneficial Valid driver's license What Makes This Opportunity Different We're not looking for someone to simply write estimates and move on.
