Qualifications; Excellent customer service & empathy skills. Must have strong organization skills and be good at multi-tasking. Time management skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Automotive knowledge & damage assessment skills a plus. Knowledge of damage estimating software, such a CCC One a plus. Strong negotiating skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities & Duties; Inspect damaged vehicles to identify structural, mechanical, or cosmetic damage and determine necessary repairs & communicate them to the customer. Use estimating software to create detailed, itemized estimates for repair costs and timelines. Act as a liaison with insurance companies to negotiate, review, and finalize claims. Greet customers, explain repair processes, provide regular status updates, and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair tasks are completed on time. Maintain accurate records of all repair orders and documentation.
