This role is critical to the success of the shop, responsible for creating accurate repair plans and ensuring vehicles move efficiently through production. Duties Work directly with technicians to blueprint each vehicle entering production Write repair plans based on OEM procedures Clearly communicate repair updates to collision repair advisors Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Assist with insurance claim processing and adjuster coordination Source and order parts as needed during the repair process Manage workflow for all vehicles in-process Coordinate sublet repairs when necessary Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and advancement Experience 3+ years of collision estimating experience (preferred) Prior customer service, front office, or administrative experience (automotive/collision industry a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$72,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
