Branch Manager Elliott Electric Supply - 3.2 Mobile, AL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Computer operation Communication with suppliers Customer communication Staff supervision Team supervision High school diploma or GED Vendor relationship management Vendor communication Full Job Description Primarily responsible for managing and directing the sales and operating functions of the assigned store(s) to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.. Supervises and trains store operating personnel. Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, vendors and other individuals. This position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities. Qualifications:
High School education or its equivalent. Some post-secondary education preferred. Minimum five (5) years' experience in the electrical distribution industry. Thorough knowledge of the electrical distribution industry. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company employees, customers, suppliers and vendors. Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time. Ability to bend, climb, push, pull and maneuver at heights and in tight or small places. Ability to occasionally climb stairs and a ladder and step stool. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 40 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 40 lbs.
