Branch Manager Location:
Montgomery, AL, 36106 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our homecare services in Montgomery, AL. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a team of homecare providers, coordinating client care plans, and ensuring the highest level of quality and compassionate care for our clients.
Respo nsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train homecare providers Develop and implement client care plans Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients Manage scheduling and assignments for homecare providers Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in homecare management Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
