Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager with power transmission knowledge to lead our team and drive the growth of our branch. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in industrial power transmission distribution..
Duties:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals
Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, supervising activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's customer base
Lead sales efforts and monitor performance metrics to achieve profit targets
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
