- Design and manage efficient service routes Ensure teams have the tools, materials, and equipment they need to succeed Maintain strong alignment between service and sales teams Resolve customer concerns and retain accounts Visit customers and job sites to ensure quality and satisfaction Identify and correct service issues while improving processes Be Hands-On
- Step in to support field operations when needed Perform technician duties during staffing gaps or high-demand periods Conduct vehicle inspections and manage chemical inventory Build & Manage Your Team Hire and onboard new team members Anticipate staffing needs and maintain a strong pipeline Support continuous development through training and feedback What You Bring Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable Sales or sales management experieince Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to make tough decisions and manage conflict effectively Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems Basic math and measurement skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to obtain required certifications and licenses Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both office and field work.
