This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused leader who can build strong teams, drive business growth, and deliver operational and financial results.

What You'll Do:

Lead branch operations, including sales, service, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction Manage branch P&L, expenses, revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Drive customer retention, portfolio growth, technician utilization, efficiency, and employee engagement Lead, coach, and develop branch management and field service teams Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop branch employees Partner with sales teams on business plans, forecasts, and new business development Oversee service delivery, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Ensure company programs, initiatives, and business standards are effectively implemented Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Conduct team meetings and employee performance reviews and administer corrective action as needed Collaborate with departments across the organization to achieve branch and company goals Travel to other branch and corporate locations as needed

What You Bring:

2-4 years of experience managing a business portfolio with P&L responsibility and/or leading a team Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent work experience Valid driver's license Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees Strategic, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and throughout the organization Pest control, termite, and/or weed control experience and licensing is a plus
