The Branch Manager at the Anaheim Branch will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and staff to achieve branch goals Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling and ensuring high service quality Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and drive operational and financial performance Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing and resolving service concerns promptly Recruit and onboard new team members as needed Qualifications SPCB Branch Field Representative License (required) Qualified Applicator License (QAL) with Categories A, B, and M (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred) 2+ years of experience in operational or team management roles Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Benefits Competitive compensation with performance incentives Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided Leadership development and advancement opportunities Ready to lead a team and grow your career with Advanced IPM?
