Responsibilities Lead and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with banking regulations. Manage daily branch operations such as cash handling, deposit processing, loan origination with accuracy and adherence to policies. Drive sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling banking products, mortgage lending solutions, and financial services to meet client needs. Cultivate strong relationships with members through proactive communication, relationship management techniques, and personalized service delivery. Implement marketing strategies to attract new members while maintaining excellent member communication for retention and growth. Coach and develop team members on sales techniques, member relationship management and compliance requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in loan officer roles or retail banking management with a strong understanding of banking services expertise. Knowledge of industry regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act, TILA, Fair Housing laws and guidelines. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in member service, relationship management, sales management, and marketing strategies. Proficiency in financial software systems related to loan processing, underwriting, cash management, and deposit operations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial transactions. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on coaching staff for success in financial sales and upselling opportunities.
