We are looking for an experienced pest control professional who understands how to successfully manage a branch, lead field and office personnel, maintain regulatory compliance, provide excellent customer service, and help drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who is organized, accountable, customer-focused, and comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a busy pest control branch. Responsibilities The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of the Jurupa Valley branch, including: Manage day-to-day branch operations for Branch 2 and Branch 3 pest control services Lead, train, coach, and hold field technicians and other branch personnel accountable Oversee scheduling, routing, productivity, and service quality Ensure compliance with California Structural Pest Control Board requirements and company policies Maintain accurate service, pesticide-use, training, and regulatory records Monitor customer service issues and ensure concerns are resolved professionally and promptly Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of employees Conduct field inspections and quality-control checks as needed Monitor branch revenue, labor, material usage, and overall profitability Maintain proper inventory of pesticides, equipment, PPE, and other branch materials Promote a strong culture of safety, professionalism, accountability, and customer service Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained Help establish and achieve branch performance and growth goals
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pest Control Branch Manager Strong working knowledge of the California pest control industry Experience managing pest control technicians and branch operations Knowledge of Branch 2 and Branch 3 pest control services Strong leadership and employee-management skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on customer service, quality, and profitability Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred:
