As Branch Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00
PM Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for the organization's customer-facing associates and branch functions Develop a team with a focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementation Run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branch Build and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions to solve problems Analyze store data and identify areas of opportunity, and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the location Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
Highly customer-focused with strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred Comfortable moving between customer-facing, administrative, and operational tasks throughout the day Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn from the ground up Willingness and ability to learn warehouse operations, including forklift operation and material handling Motivated to build a long-term career and grow within the company Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style A track record of building team trust and consistency Clear, calm problem-solving—even when things move fast Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers Valid state issued license is required At Ferguson, we care for each other. Pay Range:
$30.22 - $45.36 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
