Job Description

A leader and premier manufacturer of dental implants and surgical equipment is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Branch Manager to oversee regional sales and operational functions. This role is ideal for a sales leader with hands-on experience in dental implant technology, surgical support, and team management. You will manage branch operations, train and coach a field sales team, and directly assist dental professionals with clinical setup and product utilization.
Key Responsibilities Branch & Sales Leadership:
Direct daily sales activities, monitor sales volume, manage operational KPIs, and coach field sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and cross-selling goals.
Clinical & Surgical Support:
Assist dental clinicians during surgical procedures by providing expert guidance on drilling sequences and setup using specialized implant products.
Educational Event Management:
Recruit and schedule dentists and dental specialists to attend proprietary clinical seminars and product training courses.
Talent Development:
Interview, hire, onboard, and evaluate field sales representatives and administrative staff.
Operations & P&L Oversight:
Oversee branch security, inventory flow, AR collections, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of outside sales experience required; direct experience in dental, medical device, or surgical equipment sales strongly preferred. Proven track record managing sales representatives and branch/territory operations.
Mandatory Industry Experience:
Current or prior experience within competitive dental implant manufacturer networks (e.g., Dentis, Neodent, Straumann, BioHorizons, Zimmer Biomet, or Megagen) is strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of dental implant workflows, surgical setups, and clinical terminology. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay:
$101,985.91 - $182,821.75 per year
