The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting branch operations, managing sales teams, overseeing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires strong managerial communication skills, supervisory experience, and a solid understanding of customer facing practices. Experience in car rental, inside/outside sales, and marketing is preferred to enhance our team's effectiveness and growth. Duties Assist in the daily management of branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead and supervise sales teams, motivating staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities. Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting. Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks and implement branch policies. Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales. Supervise staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times. Experience Proven managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Retail industry sales team management experience is essential. Prior experience in inventory management within a retail setting. Supervisory experience overseeing staff performance and operations. Experience with POS systems is required. Car rental experience is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with inside/outside sales and marketing strategies will be advantageous.
