Coaches and develops direct report employees, including assistance with short and long term career planning and employee retention. Understands what motivates their team, is flexible to modify and adapt to work environment needs, and is a working manager. The Retail Branch Manager will know how to do all functions of a banker role in order to lead by example. Strong communication skills, proven success leading a sales/production team, ability to build relationships with multiple departments and team members, and a comprehensive knowledge of retail banking are all necessary for this role.
