We are expanding to the Denver metro area and are hiring a Profit Center Manager to launch and lead the new location. Position overview The Profit Center Manager is responsible for building the Denver location from the ground up, with an initial focus on residential customers. This is a sales-driven leadership role. The right candidate has a strong record of face-to-face, business-to-consumer sales of high-value products or services and is ready to take ownership of a location's results. You will have a consistent flow of homeowner leads generated by our marketing team and call center, a back office that handles accounting and administration, and structured training and coaching in both our sales process and the concrete side of the business. Concrete experience is not required. The first year is a build year. The location begins with subcontracted crews and no staff in place; you will develop the business and add team members as volume grows. Key responsibilities Meet with homeowners at their properties, assess the project, present a proposal, and close the sale, following the company's sales process. Manage every lead from first contact through signed contract, including timely follow-up and a professional customer experience throughout. Scope and price residential projects using the company's estimating system and pricing guidelines, with support from our estimating team. Schedule projects and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections; confirm quality and completion on every job. Deliver a customer experience that produces reviews, referrals, and repeat business. Recruit, vet, and manage a bench of subcontractors; recruit and hire employees, with company support, as the location grows. Take ownership of the location's results. The company maintains the books and provides a weekly performance report covering revenue, margin, estimates sent, close rate, reviews, and callbacks; you are accountable for those results. Qualifications Several years of face-to-face, business-to-consumer sales experience with high-value products or services, with a demonstrable record of closing. Relevant backgrounds include home improvement, solar, roofing, HVAC, pools and spas, automotive, real estate, jewelry and luxury retail, insurance and financial products, elective medical or dental services, and similar. Comfortable working in the field, meeting customers at their homes and visiting active jobsites. Organized, dependable, and comfortable being measured on results. Motivated to build and grow a location, with the initiative to operate without a team in place initially. Based in the Denver metro area or willing to relocate, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
