Job Summary Lead the Growth of PSI's Orlando Operation PSI Pipeline Supply is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the next stage of growth in our Orlando market. This is not a role where you're simply stepping into an established operation and maintaining the status quo. As Branch Manager, you'll serve as the leader of the Orlando operation, overseeing people, customer relationships, sales support, equipment readiness, safety, inventory, logistics, and branch performance. You'll work closely with company leadership while helping shape the branch's continued growth and long-term success. Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership and lead the day-to-day operations of the Orlando branch, ensuring high standards for customer service, safety, equipment readiness, inventory control, delivery execution, and overall branch performance. Provide leadership, direction, and support to branch employees by setting clear expectations and promoting accountability, teamwork, safety, and professionalism Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership and support to the Outside Sales Representative by reviewing sales activity, customer opportunities, open quotes, pipeline development, and revenue growth initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication, jobsite visits, customer meetings, and issue resolution. Oversee the trench shoring and pipe plug rental fleets to ensure equipment is properly inspected, maintained, organized, and available to meet customer demand. Manage branch inventory, asset accountability, equipment utilization, and operational workflows to maximize efficiency and service levels. Ensure the shop and yard are maintained in a safe, organized, and professional manner consistent with PSI standards. Monitor branch performance and key operating metrics, including revenue growth, equipment utilization, customer retention, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and profitability. Identify operational challenges, staffing needs, and growth opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions. Take ownership of customer concerns and operational issues until they are fully resolved. Partner with company leadership to support branch growth initiatives, improve operational performance, and achieve established business objectives. A minimum of 5 years of leadership, branch management, operations, sales leadership, or comparable business experience with a record of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated ability to lead employees across different functions, set expectations, coach performance, and hold a team accountable. Strong customer and commercial instincts with the ability to support sales growth, develop relationships, and help close important opportunities without needing to personally own all sales activity. Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving rental and service environment. Comfort using performance metrics and basic financial information to make operating decisions and identify problems early. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through. Safety-minded and able to enforce company procedures, equipment-handling standards, and a professional shop and yard environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic business software. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Experience in equipment rental, trench shoring, underground utility, pipeline, construction supply, industrial distribution, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial services, distribution, logistics, or a related industry. 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Demonstrated experience leading employees and managing day-to-day operations. Experience working directly with customers and developing business relationships. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Experience reviewing operational metrics and using data to support decision-making.
