BRANCH SALES MANAGER

What You'll Own As our Branch Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the performance, development, and accountability of our in-home sales organization.

You will:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing in-home sales team Drive revenue, close rates, average ticket, and individual rep production Coach and improve high-ticket, one-call close sales presentations Conduct sales meetings, training, ride-alongs, and field coaching Hold sales representatives accountable to company standards and KPIs Identify performance gaps and implement solutions quickly Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent Build a competitive, accountable, high-performance sales culture Ensure consistent execution of the company's sales process Analyze sales performance and use the numbers to drive improvement Partner with Marketing, Production, Recruiting, and executive leadership We are looking for a hands-on sales leader—not someone who manages from behind a desk. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has: 10-15+ years of home improvement sales experience Proven experience managing an in-home sales team Strong background in high-ticket, one-call close sales Demonstrated success increasing sales performance and developing sales representatives Experience managing KPIs, close rates, revenue, lead performance, and rep accountability Strong sales training and coaching abilities Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing sales talent Ability to identify performance problems and take decisive action Competitive, results-driven mentality You've Already Proven You Can Sell.
