Branch Manager Stuart, FL 34994 Up to $85,000 a year - Full-time Up to $85,000 a year - Full-time My client is a long-standing, highly respected Private Duty Home Care provider serving South East Florida. This role is to support the launch of a new office in Stuart, with a focus on staffing, operations, and growth.

The Role:

Lead the setup and day-to-day operations of a new branch in Stuart Focus on recruiting, hiring, and retaining CareGivers in a competitive market Conduct client assessments and ensure high-quality service delivery Support scheduling and ensure cases are staffed efficiently Build relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service Work closely with leadership to drive growth and maintain quality standards Split between office-based work and field activity (approx. 60/40)

Required Competencies:

LPN preferred (or strong clinical background) Customer-facing experience within Home Care or Healthcare Experience in staffing, scheduling, or recruitment of CareGivers Strong organisational and communication skills Business and sales acumen (ability to support growth) Proven longevity in previous roles Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new branch
