Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing HVAC team to ensure efficiency, accountability, and safety. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement. Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment. Monitor budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and scalability. Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors to align operational strategies with company objectives. Analyze, estimate, and create competitive proposals based on client plans. Drive business development efforts to grow revenue and expand the HVAC division. Be a hands-on leader willing to step in where needed, from troubleshooting field issues to providing direct guidance on installations. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC operations management, preferably within the multifamily or commercial construction sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, industry regulations, and safety standards. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, growth strategies, and forecasting. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation.
