Job Description
CoolSys, a leader in HVAC-R and energy solutions, is seeking an HVAC/R Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations in our construction and service business. In this role, you'll help coordinate field technicians, manage work orders, scheduling, and materials, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to quality standards. You'll assist with customer communication, basic reporting, and team support while promoting our safety-first, customer-focused culture and contributing to efficient, reliable delivery of HVAC/R and refrigeration services.
