Job Description
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is: $60,000- $80,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00AM
- 4:30PM; rotational Saturday's 8:30AM
- 1:30PM required (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred Three years proven experience in retail sales or financial services, with demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership, including but not limited to: Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines and customer engagement strategies Must possess a current driver's license and access to reliable transportation Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 60 days of hire Demonstrated baseline proficiency in the following skills required: Leadership and People development : Ability to lead and coach teams, set expectations and provide feedback
