Job Description

Garden Island Federal Credit Union is seeking a dependable and service-focused Branch Supervisor to oversee daily teller operations, support branch employees, and help ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate member service. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Operations Manager and supervises branch operations staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily teller operations and branch workflow Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to branch staff Manage vault cash, teller cash replenishment, ATM balancing, and cash audits Assist members with new accounts, IRAs, account maintenance, and account closures Process and approve wire transfers within assigned authority limits Monitor compliance with credit union policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations Process CTRs, tax levies, reclamations, dormant accounts, and other operational requests Assist with teller cash differences, transaction reviews, audits, and branch reporting Provide operational coverage during staffing shortages and high-volume periods Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred Two or more years of branch, banking, customer service, or retail experience preferred Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills Knowledge of cash handling, branch operations, compliance, and staff supervision
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
