We're on the lookout for an exceptional individual who can lead and nurture our Service Technicians, Service Managers & Sales Inspectors for a Commercial and Residential Pest Control branch location. Your Role:

Leadership & Vision:

Guide your team towards achieving short and long-term goals.

Daily Operations:

Conduct check-ins, ensure technicians, service managers, & sales inspectors are prepared for the day.

Training & Development:

Facilitate ongoing service & sales training, host weekly educational meetings, and stay abreast of new developments.

Customer Service Excellence:

Handle complaints, resolve challenging pest issues.

Branch Growth & Profitability:

Working with the sales teams; lead the branch to growth and profitability.

Recruitment & On-boarding:

Identify and onboard new talent.

Continued Education:

Stay updated on industry trends and new products.

What You Bring:

2+ years in pest control management or related field. Experience in commercial and residential pest control. Integrity, eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and leadership qualities. Comfort working with and around various pests. Exceptional communication skills. Experience in building positive, professional customer relationships. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills. Valid driver's license meeting company standards. Tech-savvy with proficiency in
