Job Summary The Branch Manager provides leadership and directs all work performed in the branch and supervises all areas of operation. This position manages staff, fosters a positive environment, ensures customer satisfaction, and ensures branch operations are being met in a safe and proper manner. This position requires a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the branch by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales. The Branch Manager is accountable for assets, sales, service, budgets, profitability and personnel at their branch. Responsibilities Direct, monitor, and motivate staff of the branch personnel to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately Provide continuing, up-to-date training of branch service sales, and administrative personnel Inspect termite, pest control and woodwork done by the branch personnel to ensure compliance with company standards Respond to customer complaints Maintain inventory Ensure customer retention and be sure that cancellations are managed and kept to a minimum Monitor service professional production throughout the month Manage daily the sales professional's daily activity and performance Payroll approval and submission Pest control service operations and procedures Scheduling and routing of all service staff Quality assurance Vehicle and equipment maintenance Accounts receivable/collections Product inventory, management, and ordering Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Bachelor's Degree preferred Knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices involved in managing a day-to-day operation 5+ years of industry experience 2+ years of management experience. Excellent Computer skills Superior communication and interpersonal skills required Friendly, polite customer service skills on the phone and in person Ability to provide solutions to customers' escalated inquiries/complaints Efficient time management and organizational skills Flexible schedule Ability to use handheld device and smart technology Self-motivation and ownership of branch operations and productivity Experience with training and staff meetings A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to delegate work to appropriate staff in order to get work completed and meet budget, production deadline, etc. Working conditions Working outside in all types of weather Physical requirements Visual and auditory acuity
