Company Description Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup Service is North America's largest provider of plumbing repair and drain cleaning services with locations in the U.S., Canada, and internationally. The company offers a wide range of plumbing solutions for residential and commercial properties, handling everything from small faucet repairs to full sewer pipe replacements and water damage cleanup. Job Description As a Branch Manager you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of technicians and administrative staff, optimize processes, manage service quality, and drive customer satisfaction. This role combines leadership, operational management, and hands-on problem-solving to support branch growth and success while maintaining compliance and safety standards. Responsibilities Drive operational efficiency and productivity through process optimization. Oversee full P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability through cost control, revenue growth, and strategic budgeting. Monitor service quality to uphold our company standards and enhance customer satisfaction. Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Lead and mentor our talented team of field technicians and administrative staff. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate closely with sales and customer service departments to streamline operations. Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints with prompt and effective solutions. - Stay informed on industry trends and market developments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience managing full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities with a strong track record of driving profitability and cost control. Proven experience in a similar role within the home services industry (required). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices. Proficiency in using software systems for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to the home services industry.
