Shift:
Monday-Friday, some weekends as needed This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing daily branch operations, and guiding the branch team to success. The Branch Manager I is responsible for ensuring the branch consistently meets performance goals, follows operational standards, and provides a professional and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. The starting salary for this role is commensurate with applicable experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to maintain high service standards Conduct staff training through role-play, coaching, and regular feedback Promote bank products and services and support branch sales initiatives Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and follow up on outstanding issues Create and maintain effective schedules and coordinate time-off coverage Monitor goals and performance metrics along with achieving organizational initiatives Support facility maintenance, branch security procedures, and audit readiness Encourage team involvement in bank-wide campaigns and initiatives Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in a banking or customer service environment Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change Experience in teller operations and opening new accounts Familiarity with banking regulations, policies, and procedures Ability to coach and motivate a team toward individual and branch goals Professional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent customer service Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Motivation for personal and professional development Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) A minimum 3 years of progressively more responsible experience in a banking environment Team lead, supervisory or management experience
