Are you passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping a team succeed? As an Assistant Branch Manager , you'll work alongside the Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, support team development, and create an outstanding experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, proactive, and looking to grow into a future Branch Manager position. What You'll Do Lead and Support the Team Partner with the Branch Manager to achieve branch performance, customer service, and sales goals. Help schedule, coach, train, and motivate branch team members. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where employees can succeed. Assist with performance feedback, evaluations, and employee development. Participate in team meetings and support branch initiatives. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service. Support the team in identifying customer needs and connecting them with the right banking products and services. Help strengthen customer relationships and promote the bank's commitment to community service. Ensure Operational Excellence Monitor daily branch operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Review teller and new account activities to promote quality and minimize errors. Assist with preparing reports and maintaining operational standards. Open and close the branch following established security procedures. Provide supervisory approvals and overrides in accordance with bank policies. Be a Hands-On Leader Step into teller, new account, or other branch roles as needed to support daily operations. Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence. Help ensure the branch runs smoothly while maintaining a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable making decisions and remaining composed in a fast-paced environment. A team player who leads by example. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent banking experience). One year or more of branch banking experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid math and cash-handling abilities with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Why Join Us?
