What this role looks like: To direct and schedule resources needed to meet the paying and receiving needs of the credit union, while promoting a service and sales environment. What you'll do: Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling and in monitoring daily activities of the branch to ensure the staff is providing member service to the level "We Promise" to our members. Ensure teller staff is motivated and effective at selling credit union products and services.

Works closely with supervisor in identifying performance problems and taking action to correct.

Monitor branch activities for compliance with established policy, regulations and internal controls. Take action to resolve any out of compliance issues.

Support all lending functions as necessary including interviewing, processing and disbursal of loans.

Oversee ordering of cash for the branch and managing the vault cash.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience. (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
